How do I return an Estee Lauder foundation purchased from Harrods which is not suitable?

I have the original packaging and bought it less than a week ago.|||Have you opened it and used it at all? If so then they won't take it back as they won't be sure if something has 'contaminated' it. If its not been opened they may take it back, phone them and ask.You could try selling it on ebay if you want money back from it|||It depends how it is not suitable. If it is faulty then you can return it, but if it is just not right for you, then i am not sure you can return it x|||It all depends on the harrods policy! and the reason for the return, most places will not take it back if it is the wrong shade, or colour, that is why most high street stores have lots of testers and demos, the only other way is if it is causing you irritation in some way, eg! i was given some estee lauder scent as a gift, it seemed to leave my skin itchy for some reason, there was no rash or evidence of this, but the store happily changed it for me, to somthing what i knew was suitable for me, my suggestion is call in to the store and have a word with them, i am sure they will resolve this for you.
