What shade should i buy for Estee Lauder's Double Wear Stay in Place makeup?

I heard this makeup is really good but it's a little expensive so i want to buy the right shade. I am asian. I think my skin tone is beige. And i've been using nyc mineral foundation which is Natural Medium #688. So if i convert the shade to Estee Lauder's Double Wear Stay in Place makeup what shade should i buy??? Again my skin is kinda around beige.|||It's not a good idea to buy a foundation without trying it on. You should go to an Estee Lauder counter.
