Estee lauder and Bobbi brown makeup or forever 21 clothes?

If you had the option of getting a cosmetics bag full of bb and estee lauder or forever 21 what would you choose|||Makeuuuuuup! I would much rather use high ended very good quality makeup then clothes that arre made from cheap quality (Dont get me wrong, I love Forever 21!)|||Estee Lauder :))|||forever 21|||makeup|||a little of both
